At North Jersey Sports Nutrition, we provide each athlete with an initial evaluation and body composition analysis to then design a customized program to achieve team and personal goals. Based on the comprehensive initial evaluation, our sports dietitians will provide and track prescribed meal plans, all through our App. The App system is both engaging and challenging. Checklists and reminders are put into place to reinforce repetition as athlete’s track diet and hydration on training and off-training days. Our sports dietitians then provide the necessary feedback to optimize their athletic performance.

The primary goal is to provide nutritional support to allow an athlete to stay healthy and injury-free while maximizing the functional and metabolic adaptations to exercise that prepares him or her to better achieve the performance demands of the event. Through proper nutrition and hydration an athlete can improve performance with increased energy, stamina, strength, and decreased recovery time.
