Balance and Coordination play a key role in any athlete’s performance. Sports require coordination for every type of movement such as running, jumping, cutting, and shooting. When a player lacks balance and coordination, they have a tendency to be very limited and this will eventually affect the way they perform in a practice or a game. This program focuses mainly on reinforcing movements and techniques that the player must do in order to exceed their limitations and get to the next level.
