Each plan is individualized per athlete to provide meals and snacks with foods that are enjoyable for the athlete, while teaching focused eating habits for before and after practice, as well as during travel.
Meal plans details:
- Optimize to reduce recovery time
- Achieve weight and body composition goals – Weight management/weight gain plans
- Maximize lean muscle mass
- Ensure adequate nutrient intake to improve performance
- Maximize mental and physical performance for training and events
- Time meals and snacks appropriate for competition and tournament day
- Incorporate food sensitivities and allergies (i.e. Celiac, peanut/nut, lactose, etc.)
- Prepare athletes for what to eat when traveling
- 24/7 tracking and communication through App
Follow-up consultations are offered in-between, as needed, or recommended.
