Strength and Conditioning


For groups of 4 – 6 players: a package of 8 sessions.

This program is carefully designed according to the kids’ age. As we know youth players go through many changes and it is extremely important to have an adequate training in order to maximize their physical strength without jeopardizing their health (injuries). Its been proven that proper strength and conditioning training benefits youth players in their preparation for the future. It also reduces injury risk, increases in strength and most likely to have a healthier lifestyle in the future.
