A typical training session:

  • An initial evaluation which includes: Body composition, gait analysis, technical skills, speed, power, reaction time, flexibility

  • Mini band activation, movement integration, and functional stretching

  • Workout (based on athlete level and progression through specific components)

  • Cognitive speed and agility

  • Static, deep stretching

  • Performance tracking device

  • Goal-specific nutrition plans and tracking through the App

  •   NJSP T-Shirt

Re-evaluations are completed at the 7th session and reports are given on 8th session.
